Live On...
Their once lived two brothers who were the strongest warriors in all the land and were trained by the bravest nights and learned their stealth from the greatest masers of their time. John; the younger brother was a kind young man but till strong and prideful of his success how ever his brother Mathew was stubborn but still humble which made the ladies not interested in him. One day the kingdom of Amethyst was under attack and the future of the kingdom relied on the princess and her future. So the two brothers rushed to the castle to retrieve the princess and when they arrived the Caste was destroys and the green monster had disappeared. As John searched the perimeter he saw that no one had survived and that the future of the kingdom had vanished. Until all of a sudden Mathew felt something like a pull on his heart leading to a pile of rubble where the conference hall had been. As Mathew pulled away the rubble he found the hand of a girl with royal cloths on. When he realized she resembled the princess he pulled her out of the ashes and placed her on the soft grass. Be fore calling for his brother the princess began to wake up and told Mathew as she regained consciousness she slowly said “he’s here to kill me" and then the princes passed out. The princess awoke in a small hut with a familiar man in the corner who she swore she knew. Had he been in one of her dreams? The princess had finally remembered the green creature and so she rushed out because it would find her and when it did no one else was going to die to protect her. She ran for the forest and as she ran she heard a man with a deep voice yelling her name but she ignored him because she couldn’t let anyone else get hurt. She ran to the middle of the forest and began to climb the biggest tree there was so that the monster could find her but not get to her. An hour or so later she heard shuffling on the ground and thought it was the monster and pulled out her spears that she had been making and as the monster turned the corner she threw the spear and A tall broad shouldered man dodged it and called for the princess. “ What are you doing here?” she yelled down to the unfamiliar man. Then the man she had seen in the hut came around the corner and it took her breath away. Where did she know him from? The broad shouldered man yelled up to the princess to come down and she refused. Mathew began climbing up the tree and retrieved the princess. The walk home was long but John, Mathew and the princess all talked about the monster and each day after that the two brothers taught her how to fight and taught her about the information about the monster that was after her.One day while looking for food Mathew found a wolf and brought it back to the princess for her 18th birthday and that night both brothers realized how much the felt for the princess and how they felt about her. They each kept it from each other because they were unsure what the other would think. So as moths passed life was good and each brother grew more and more attached to the princess. Soon the brothers stopped talking completely because they couldn’t live with the other brother finding out.One day the two brothers heard of a sighting near the old castle. The destruction looked a lot like the destruction of the castle so the two brothers decided to leave the following morning. Before nightfall Mathew planned to propose to the princess and so he took her into the forest and asked her to marry him. The princess said yes and they were engaged. When they returned it was morning and the brother was packing so that they could go and destroy the monster. The two brothers went by foot to the town and everything was quiet. A little too quiet. Mathew and John split up to observe the area and couldn’t find the monster. As Mathew walked around the corner he saw it; it was the monster that had destroyed the town and it was right behind his brother. ‘Watch out” he yelled but it was too late. The monster had him in his grasp and there was nothing he could do. The monster disappeared as soon as it had taken his brother. When Mathew returned he married the princess but he blamed himself for his brothers death. After he was married he rebuilt the town and made his own army of the neighboring town. He swore to his brother that one day he would kill the monster that took his brother away from him. So he left the princess and killed the monster but still never recovered.
